Breast augmentation or Breast Implants is one of the procedures used to restructure female body. They are also known as pectoral implants which are done to regain the shape. In this transplant there is an insertion of a silicon plate under the breast muscle. Once this is done it increases the size and expansion of the nipples can be seen. This surgery is done in less time but requires a lot of exercises to keep in shape. Breast implant can be bifurcated in two ways, one is silicon plate with gel and the other is saline filled plate.
The silicone plates are gel based which is very soft. The saline one is bit different than the silicon as they are filled with silicone elastomer. It is one of the oldest surgeries performed and has good results too. To this competition there are various types of creams available but they are useless and have side effects too.
