Naughty jokes have been made about a seventy year old granny who asks for birth control pills for getting a peaceful sleep. The Doctor is puzzled but the granny clarifies hurriedly that she mixes them in the juice for her grand daughter. Bathroom jokes and nurse jokes are also enormously popular.
